I would go for a predictive dialer any day as I want to track the behaviour of my customers in a much better way.
Manual dialer is good but it definitely lags behind when it comes to a customer base with higher number of customers.
I wonder when the predictive dialers are so much cost effective then why people go for a manual dialer.
